How do I return the headset?

VR Cardboard Headset: Within the first 30 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping).
VR Cardboard Headset: Unused / unopened viewers can be sent back within 30 days of purchase (excluding shipping).
Purchases from 3rd Party Vendors: If your VR Cardboard Headset product was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, our 30-day warranty does not apply. All returns and exchanges must be made through the retailer you originally purchased your product from.
If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.

How can I cancel my subscription?

We are bummed to see you go! But if you must, please follow these steps.

If you cancel within the first 30 days of purchasing your subscription, you must send back the VR Headset (as noted in the above section), and email us at Include in the body of the email your full name, and phone number.

You will not be able to get a refund for the VR Channel or headset if it is after the 30 day “Return/Cancellation” period.

I do not want to renew my subscription?

If you would not like to renew your subscription for another year, please email us at with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your name and phone number.

What is your product warranty?

All EON Sports products carry a 30 day warranty, excluding normal wear and tear. If you notice a manufacture defect in material or construction within 30 days of purchase please reach out to us at and we’ll make it right!

When does my subscription end?

Subscription is good through June 30, 2017. Your subscription will be automatically renewed on or about June 30, 2017 for the 2017-18 academic year.
